MessMate provides digital mess menu management tools for hostels and colleges. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Acceptable Use

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Interfering with the proper working of the service

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the menu content and data you create. By using MessMate, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and your users.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Features available in specific plans are subject to change with notice.

Limitation of Liability

MessMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
